Originally founded as Ron’s Custom Heating & Cooling, the business was rebranded in 2022 when Eric and Kaylajoy took ownership, continuing a legacy of trusted comfort for homes and businesses across Shelby Township and Metro Detroit.
As one of Michigan’s only woman-owned and ENERGY STAR®-certified HVAC contractors, we provide expert heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services for both residential and commercial clients, from furnace and air conditioning repair to rooftop unit installations. On August 4, 2026, our owner Kaylajoy Yaek joined FOX 2 Detroit’s Money Works to talk about Velocity’s free six month Momentum incubator program for small businesses in Macomb County.
